Insurance
We are preferred providers for many insurance carriers.
For your convenience, we will file your insurance claim for
you and accept your designated co-pay at the time of your appointment.
By
supplying us with your most recent information, we can expedite
your reimbursement from the insurance company. Since insurance
coverage varies from plan to plan, if you have any questions
regarding your covered benefits, we encourage you to contact
your insurance carrier or your employer for details.

Payment of Fees
Payment of fees for services such as examinations, x-rays, teeth
cleaning, and emergency visits are expected at the time those
services are provided. A down payment will be required
for more involved, complex or extended treatment.
Please
do not hesitate to ask about the cost of your treatment.
We encourage you to know and understand all of our charges.
We aim to treat you fairly, and to do so a written estimate
will be provided for all treatment. If you have insurance
coverage, a pre-determination can be sent and financial arrangements
for any remaining balance can be made upon receipt. However,
when extended treatment has been determined, a down payment
shall be required, regardless of insurance coverage or predetermination
of payment by your insurance company. Should you need to, please
talk to our staff to further understand your financial requirements.
Discounts
We offer a 10% senior discount and a 5% discount for cash payment.

Health Advance. Both are trusted sources for patient financing
and offer no-interest and low-interest loans, as well as extended
payment plans.
